Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Identiko Scents and Beauty FZCO, we value customer satisfaction and take every step to ensure the quality of our products.
However, due to the nature of perfumes and personal-use fragrance products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the order has been shipped, except in the rare case of a faulty or incorrect item.
1. Refund Policy
All sales made through www.identikoae.com are considered final.
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for perfumes, concentrated oils, or any other fragrance products once they have left our facility.
Refunds will only be considered if:
- You have received a different product than the one ordered, or
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
In such cases, please contact our support team at Contact@identiko.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos or videos showing the issue.
Each claim will be reviewed individually, and if approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.
Refunds (when applicable) will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction and may take up to 15 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
2. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at Contact@identiko.com.
Cancellations can only be processed before the order has been packed or dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
In the case of a pre-dispatch cancellation, the full order amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
3. Incorrect or Faulty Items
All products are carefully inspected before dispatch.
If, however, you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us at Contact@identiko.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photographic evidence. Our team will guide you through the next steps to either replace the item or, if necessary, issue a refund.
4. Exclusions
- Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any opened or unopened perfume products.
- Sale or discounted items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- We do not have a physical warehouse or store, and therefore, no in-person returns or drop-offs are accepted.
- Change of mind or personal preference is not a valid reason for refund or replacement.
